Returns are accepted within 15 Days on UNOPENED and ORIGINAL OEM Packaging Only (Please Order Responsibly). NEBuMAX will not cover the shipping cost in most situations. No Refunds on Custom Orders or Back Ordered products delivered straight from the Manufacturer. NEBuMAX reserves the right to negotiate a fair restocking fee Default 25%.
NEBuMAX is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. NEBuMAX is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to NEBuMAX for return.

*** All return shipping must be cleared by NEBuMAX RMA Department Prior to shipping purchases back. Shipping expense to be paid by Buyer. DOA Returns must be cleared / approved by NEBuMAX RMA Department prior to return.
